Visual Arts

The Visual Arts Program at Moses Lake Christian Academy is designed to nurture creativity, self-expression, and visual literacy in students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Rooted in the belief that the arts are essential to a well-rounded education, the program encourages students to explore a wide range of media, develop technical skills, and engage with art as a form of communication and cultural understanding.

Students in Kindergarten through 6th grade participate in regularly scheduled visual arts classes as part of their core curriculum. The program emphasizes hands-on exploration and creative thinking, while also introducing students to key concepts in art and design.

High schoolers have the opportunity to choose between a number of electives that explore the visual arts.

Performing arts

The Performing Arts Program at Moses Lake Christian Academy cultivates musical skills, creativity, discipline, and collaboration through a dynamic, sequential music curriculum focused on instrumental performance. From foundational music literacy in elementary grades to advanced ensemble experiences in high school, students engage in music as both an individual and group art form.
